I am convinced that most IT projects don’t fail because of technical problems but because of bad communication
Recently IT weeks published an article with the title: “Project managers need better leadership skills” [1]. I am convinced that every person working in IT should have such skills.
Since I noticed that there are no companies delivering training about the human aspects of IT projects, I created a workshop with my father in 2005. We have given this workshop many times these last 2 years, with a lot of positive feedback.

During the international events where we have given these workshops, we have met other people who developed similar workshops. Out of these meetings we created PairCoaching.net [3].
Paircoaching.net is a training company that offers pragmatic, experience aimed workshops. 2 trainers are giving these workshops, since we are convinced that this enhances the quality (in soft skills even more so than in technological trainings). All our trainers have experience in the IT-sector and are giving these workshops only a few days a month.

I would like to offer you our leadership day in a closed format at € 2490 for 10 people. And € 99 for each extra person (maximum 20 people). If you wish, we could deliver this in 2 separate evenings.
